Civil Law

Civil Law deals with cases where wrong is done against a particular individual. Criminal Law includes matters of offense against society at large. The most common civil wrongs are Negligence and breach of contract, murder, rape, etc. The source of civil and criminal laws lies in the colonial era.

Business Law

Commercial law or business law is the body of law which governs business and commerce and is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals both with issues of private law and public law. Commercial law regulates corporate contracts, hiring practices, and the manufacture and sales of consumer goods.

Family Law

Family law is the area of law that addresses family relationships. It includes creating family relationships and breaking them through divorce and termination of parental rights. This law addresses adoption, contested custody of children, etc.

Criminal Law

criminal law, the body of law that defines criminal offenses, regulates the apprehension, charging, and trial of suspected persons, and fixes penalties and modes of treatment applicable to convicted offenders.

Cyber Law

Cyberlaw is the area of law that deals with the Internet's relationship to technological and electronic elements, including computers, software, hardware and information systems (IS). Cyberlaw is also known as Cyber Law or Internet Law.

Education Law

The Education law is a branch of Civil Law, and deals with the laws, regulations, policies, and instructions which govern and regulate Federal and State Education, and also the education provided by the private institutions, from the pre-nursery school level to the higher education in universities.
